  • Why should I rent an apartment instead of a hotel?

    Short term apartment rental is highly affordable while the high cost of staying in a hotel can make travel abroad cost prohibitive. Privacy is another attractive feature of apartment rental that many people see as an advantage over staying in a hotel.

  • How can I reserve an apartment?

    On our homepage, select the criteria that you have for your apartment from the left-side menu. Choose your city, apartment size and travel dates. You can also sort the prices, either from low to high or high to low. The apartments that match your criteria will show up, and then you may select an apartment for your stay.

    On the next page you may select additional apartment amenities, such as a shuttle ride to/from the airport and you may also schedule the services of an interpreter. After that you can input your credit card information and reserve your apartment.

    In order for the apartment to be reserved by you it needs to be fully paid for. This can be done at the time of apartment selection. A valid credit card will reserve the apartment for you.

    After your credit card clears you will receive a link to a form that you must fill out and return with a valid picture ID. This form and your proof of ID must be returned within 48 hours of booking your apartment. If it isnít returned within that time span your reservation will be forfeited.

  • I don't have a scanner... So how do I submit the form and photo ID to you?

    If you don't have a scanner and can't email the form with your photo ID, please fax them to (360) 326-1586.

    If you do not have access to a fax machine, please mail it in.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    For stays of 1-5 nights:
    Canceling your reservation between 1 and 7 days prior to your arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one nightís stay.

    For stays of 5-7 nights:
    Canceling your reservation between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to two nights stay.

    For stays of over 7 nights:
    Canceling your reservation between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights stay.

    If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days in advance you will receive a full refund.

    In all cases, canceling your reservation on the day of your arrival will result in a forfeiture of your entire rental payment and other reserved services (transfers, interpreter costs, etc.)

    Note: We do not guarantee the unit until the apartment is paid in full. Until the payment is received, the apartment may be reserved by another person.

  • What if I need to change my reservation dates?

    If you give us notice at least 20 days in advance and your apartment rental schedule allows your dates to be moved, your reservation can be moved without any penalty. If you give less than 20 days notice or the original apartment does not allow your dates to be moved due to schedule conflict (in which case we will have to propose another apartment for you) the penalty is a one night fee.

  • What is check-in / check-out time?

    Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 pm. If you wish to check-in before 2 pm, please let us know in advance and we will try to meet your needs if the apartment rental schedule allows. If you need to check-out after 12 pm it is possible for an additional fee (usually half-a-days rent). Early check-in and late check-out are charged at the rate of 50% of the daily price of the apartment.

  • How do I check-out of my apartment?

    Our representative will come to your apartment right before the check-out time and will examine the apartment just to make sure nothing has been damaged (if there are damages, you are responsible for the costs of the damage). Once the brief inspection has been completed, our representative will retrieve the key from you. If you need a space for storing luggage after check-out, or if you need further accommodations, please inform our local representative so that arrangements can be made enabling you to possibly check out on your own and bring the key with the representative's office before returning home.
